The more i see the last panel the more i think its her reaction when ML finally tells her that he will move house. After what happened to them on the last chapter i think fl develop some kind of mental trauma she started being clingly and some stuff so when her and ml talk about the moving house it probably make her hurt herself as to make the ml stay. I guess she will go.more unstable i mean the ml her hurt deeply that what can we read.

@Silent Reader who decide to COMMENT I don't think so it's more like he hurt himself by mistake while cooking or something but now after his suicide attempt she is sensetive or we can say traumatized ....so I n that panel it's more like her reaction to his wound... either she is afraid to loose him or she is blaming herself....think so
