And after re-reading this manga... I found something really suspicious. The girl our MC met at the real world in hospital... I didn't like that girl vibe. I was sure I missed someone when suddenly the author was show in the chapter and was only focusing on the Og FL... She even said something like “ And our lizz will be forgotten and will be old and die.” and I then remembered the conversation that girl and our MC has at hospital... That girl said “She whised to live and grown her hair and blah blah blah...” so I think that girl is the author in real world...who is in the novel and playing the role of Og FL who never gets old but somehow our MC came and the whole plots changed and the Author is dying hard to kill the MC
