people in the comments are retarded, so let me clear some things up-
in Korea, from what I've heard atleast the laws for minors are so non-existent that there is a lot of severe bullying; like even if they put u in the hospital they will technically not face any real consequences, especially if their rich, have status or their parents don't care.
I've even heard abt a case that became quite popular bcs a group of teenagers had stolen a car and drove into some motorcycle driver at basically full speed which ruined his body and ofc killed him. they were apperently laughing and smiling while in court, just taking it as a joke (it became a scandal) but yeah I'm pretty sure they got like a little bit of juvie for some of them which is said to not be serious at all in Korea and maybe like an public apology... none of it was put on their records I'm pretty sure and they would face no serious consequences- ofc that's just 1 case, bullying cases are a lot less likely to be reported, and since they probably didn't kill them and since they would most likely go for someone who is poor or has no status they would probably max have the teachers tell them to "be friends" or some sh** like that.. well that's atleast my interpretation of Korean bullying, please correct me if I'm wrong lol..
since I have experience irl (NOT KOREA OR AMERICA) I guess I will also talk about that, I have bullied and I've been sort of bullied.
