I think the ones from the village have more energy so when they get closed to the red stones, the feel sick because they're overloaded. On the contrary, the ones from the legion have lived far away from the stone, so they feel more energized as they get close since they have less energy.

@Cinz28 not really... the ones who've been send back by magic are non awaker and have been in the village for that long since they're the Duke perso knights. 
Even the Empire soldier who aren't awaken git trouble to get near the Stone usually only awaken people can get this near...it's have something to do with compatibility.
