I know where this will go, after jaekyung yells at doc dan time after time, dan will become more and more colder. example(if you pinch one place in your body for very multiple times, itll stop hurting eventually.) And jaekyung will realize and notice that. But he wont be taking it serious as he isnt interested in him, but time after time his interest starts to rise. But at that time, doc dan will halfway loose his interest as his hope for jeakyung being a good guy is gone. So it means the tables will turn. Jaekyung will then try to find a way to make doc dan interested in him again, to fulfill his ego (thats what he thinks) but this "ego" of him is actually love. After trying so many times jaekyung will then fully love doc and eventually have a "soft spot" for doc dan. Imagine the rest you manhwa readers.
