Day 18: 
100 jumping jacks, 
100 burpees ( 2 mins break after 25 burpees),  
100 jumping squats ( 2 mins break after each 25 jumping squats), 
100 russian twist ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 russian twist, 
1 song plank crawl, 
100 plank up and downs ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 plank up and down)

bunny sticker my head, eyes, legs and teeth are hurting
Do I need to put a signature.. sigh.. it is too much work.

@Saya hey it's fine! it took me 5 years to finaly get some motivation to get up and do it!
