Hot take: Qin Xian should be the main character instead of Mid Yi
Qin Xian is the best character and the one carrying this manhua.
People are obsessed with mid yi because he's playing a villain character. They just obsessed with transmigrated as villain character and doing villain sh** because of system or something when mid yi character is just mid .
@Lx_xL if Qin Xian was the main character, we won't be hyped about it that much, because then we would be reading from the pov of a hero just like regular manhuas, and Wa** yi isn't mid, Atleast he's not some submission sh** who clings onto the male lead.
@Lx_xL I would've called you friend as a gender neutral noun but no friend of mine would not appreciate Wa** yi... I think we either read different stories or youre wrong. 1- Wa** yi is freaking smart and not in our face about it (cute marshmallow recognised his friend and ml while they look different in new stories. I know I wouldn't. He also used some of ml abilities to his advantage. Came up with strategies to reach both parties goals without one of them lose theirs. Ect). 2- he is more pretty than ML (or x in this case). I'm not listening to anyone's opinion on this he is 20 out of 10. 3- where is the ml sad story? We have one for Wa** yi. We felt his guilt in the first few chapters, we felt his confusion when his thoughts were challenged and proven wrong, we go with him from story to story to see his story developing and his memories recollect for a reason!. 4- why do you like ml? I mean yeah best villain that thought to read everyone's mind then his freaking soul broken and lost through everything (I forgot why he wanted to read everyone's thoughts but I'll always support the one who is trying to save others aka the bus than one who wanted to know people intentions so I might be more than a bit biased). we have many stories that go through this route (if you want we can ask the comments for recommendations just ask for them don't say your negative opinion and expect people not to react negatively). 5- I find it entertaining to see his struggles and him trying to overcome his nature to keep his promises to his friends (and ml/x).
Part 2 Anyway sorry for my thoughts going through tangents and loops losing their original plan. Now I can call you friend again you can: -stop reading this story since you don't like the leading character - ask for recommendations for stories you like - sadly face backlash for having a different opinion (I still don't agree with your opinion) -keep quiet - try to convince the masses (I don't support this idea)
