@Bend me over Sukuna It's not that Chef doesn't want to tell Suha but he assumed that Suha knew they were soulmates. Thats why in a previous chapter with his pov, he was sad when Suha asked did he find his soulmate and he said yes. Because he thought Suha was sad since Chef was his soulmate instead of a girl. So basically Chef was the only one who knew but thought that Suha knew as well.
