According to chatgpt (which is better than google translate at time):
In Korean, "Howoo" would be written as "호우" (pronounced "ho-oo").
when put in google translate to hear it, it sounds like an owl whoing. Also says it means 'downpour' which I think fits this manhwa given the esper's water powers and what he did this very chapter!
