As we all know ML got some mental illnesses which make him literally emotionless and also sadistic. He starts to feel bad about hurting MC and can't put a name to the feeling he feels towards MC. He realizes that and stops being a bi*** eventually at the end of the first volume. Idk what would happen in the second volume tho
