The seme is trying to let the uke heal but the uke is reacting negatively to it because he thinks the fact he got R... makes him used and not as desired by the seme when it's actually the opposite. The uke is basically having a mental battle with himself fully realizing all the horrible cr** he been through but still afraid he will push the seme away which is why he puts up a smiling face when he's near......
