@Kim Dokja usually their heat has a pattern, like the menstrual cycle, if it's irregular they'd usually carry suppresents (even if it's not irregular they'd usually carry them anyway)
But I'm guessing he recently finished his heat or he was already on suppresents and they're fated pairs and that's why he randomly went into heat.
