@yaoiobsessed hate to say this but i dont think the bottom is stupid. He simply have no choice, the money he earn is not even enough to provide for his mothers hospital bills and i dont even trust his shi*** uncle that hes really giving the money to the hospital. So yeah. Hospital bills first before escape.
