Okay at least who ever is going to save her it's not Cesare because he has blue gloves the hand has a black one so please let this theory be true that it's Alfonso

Alfonso did not wear gloves (please see again the pic when he paused and stared at adriane). My guess is it was Cesare who tried to save her. The dark gloves have a bluish tint to it.
