In the web novel, it was more of an open ended thing but, the girls of his entourage started a whole contest to select his official wife. Shion, shuuna, milim & Cloe if I remember well, all participated to hold the title. He even was scared that they'd decide to start a harem after he chose one of them. In the end Raphael, who became ciel, said there was no need to try since she was basically his official wife (yeah his ultimate skill developed an ego by being named & evolved with his latest ascension)
Tho LN is very different. For one, he isn't completely uninterested in romance like the WN. He even openly showed romantic interest in Hinata multiple times. There's also Chloe kissing him, which didn't happen in the wn. This makes one of the 2 to be pretty strong contenders for possible romance...
