1, try make your goals kinda easy and mangable, thus when you finish one you get heaps of motivation to start the next,

eg. finish the first section of the page

2, try keep the motivation going, i find that once i stop it is really hard for me to find the same feeling and strength to continue the project
so try not take too many breaks, or have a timetable that works for you! 

heres mine, i let myself relax for most of the day and by the time i am most active (for me its nighttime) i kinda force myself to start whatever project im working on, i try to take as little breaks as possible / try not do anything distracting in the breaks such as phones or a task, when i get really tired or have finished a majority of my work i give myself a little reward such as watching a fun video and then i head to bed (because it's usually really late by then)

Mentally by having a goal and motivation and will to not be lazy physically by not eating too little and not too much and exercising regularly
