It is. The term Shounen-ai categorizes stories that focus on the emotional aspects of the relationships. Just because theres sexual themes doesn't mean its a yaoi that focuses more on the sexual aspects 👍. Im so suprised that this is allowed though in a manhua. Chinese censorship is really strict with gay media, they can't even show kisses.
