@Kaeru well... normally, such an insult is unacceptable and she would be well within her rights to demand they end the engagement. However, her own family doesn't like her, so she has nowhere to go afterwards. I think she's just holding on long enough to pass the assistant exam so she will at least have employment
@Apol15 my thoughts exactlyy, i always wondered why people wrote comments that she should just leave him and go somewhere else when she has nowhere else to go.
