Hmm i get it now!! The mc doesn't like him, its more like he was kinda obsessed with him because ml is handsome and all and he showed some kindness in the past. And mc is kinda isolated introvert timid and frustrating so he has no contact whatsoever with real world. He had so called friend jennie who was kinda crazy, who died n all, now that mc had a reason that he can be in touch with ml in guise of revenge to justify his actions. So every thing happened now he is getting what he always wanted atleast somepart of it, so it's really hard for him to break free.. ugh!! So frustrating but it happens in real life well
