I personally think Ian loved Ken as he would for family, not a romantic type of love. I believe he turned into a thrall to stay with Ken like he promised since he hated vampires who killed his parents I don't see why he would turn into a thrall other than for Ken. I STILL HATE AGIA FOR HIM KILLING IAN I KNOW HE HAS LIKE A WHOLE BACKSTORY AND ALL BUT HE IS HURTING KEN.
So actually Ian did love Ken, but that's only because he became that ancient vampire's (forgot his name) thrall. He got influenced by how much that vampire loved him, so yeah (sorry if that doesn't make sense) hey, if you already read this I just wanted to say idk if I was correct or not. I haven't read to chapter 74 yet, (I just did) and now im not sure, I stole this idea from someone else 😭 sorry!
