@Kim mina idk about that, cause we all saw that Yoon B** kept refusing for the help of Yang Seungbae (and Lee ig?) and Yoon is strangely attracted to Oh Sangwoo cause he thinks that Oh Sangwoo loves Yoon B** back because of their situation at the police station. We also saw that Yoon B** keeps asking for Oh Sangwoo. Basically, Yoon B** is brainwashed or Yoon B** keeps thinking that the only person who takes care of him is Oh Sangwoo or he relys on Oh Sangwoo's help. Also, Yoon B** confessed to Oh Sangwoo while Oh Sangwoo is pushing him down inside the house, so..basically, Yoon B** doesn't want any help from strangers (Yang Seungbae is a stranger, neither is the police crew.)
