The duke gave Allen the 3 years achievement period. Allen is going to rack up a lot of kills, when war broke out. This is due to Allen using his plane, and bombing the enemy from the air. Also, the dukedom of Ramslett, will declare independence and become a kingdom. The kingdom hated this and sent an army to supress the dukedom's independence. Allen does his bombing run against his former homeland, racking up more kills
