Guys I think he asked for him to kill caesar because that way caesar will be able to find leonoid and kill him like they planned?.. leewon is basically setting up a trap, caesar is the bait but leonoid is the predator who's going to get killed?? Maybe.

There that but remember leewon is a baddie so he has an alternate goal. Leewon can't die unless leo finishes his task first, so it buys him time. Plus with how much Dimitri tracks czar either he calls uncle and cancels his request first or they play this game forever. Leewon is a fuc**** chess master
