@Bebe from what i can tell, the uke ceo interrogated that back alley informant( Frey/blondie need money to pay that informant 100 million in exchange for his sister's whereabouts) and recorded it on his phone in which he is making Frey listen to it and make him realize that his was being scammed and his efforts will be all for nothing.
