@Unknown  They have to censor genitals. They literally cannot show any of the details that would make it look more realistic. It would just be a bigger censorship block otherwise. It also doesn't look unrealistic at all. The area surrounding the censorship line is probably supposed to be the la*** majora and it just doesn't translate into 2D well.
