@baesejins nobody asked but here's a spoiler if you want one (novel chapters are 69~70)
Spoiler!
DreamK forced sejin to join since he was on a hiatus since he was 12 y/o (because they overworked him) his popularity as a child actor faded, he refused since he didn't train as an idol beforehand so he naturally didn't know how to dance or sing properly but they told him that he won't be able to act again if he didn't go.

so he went to and actually started liking performing and he also managed to secure a spot in the debut lineup last second, which of course DreamK didn't like since they didn't want him to debut and are now wanting him back saying that the the Tnet forcibly recruited people from various agencies and made them sign an unfair contract and will sue them (lol delusional)

so if sejin goes back he'll get insanely overworked again and receive terrible treatment due to all of this and if he dosn't go back DreamK will spread rumors about how sejin didn't plan on becoming an idol in the first place and create other false rumors about him that'll make him leave the group and lose his reputation

(btw sejin loves acting and wants to continue doing so but not under DreamK so moondae will remind him that he can continue with individual activities (acting) in the future once TeSTAR becomes more popular)

Spoiler!

moondae also tells him that he has to write a handwritten letter first before DreamK does about how he didn't want to go to idol inc but was forced to do so, that way dreamk wouldn't be able to create false rumors using this topic to turn the public opinions against him instead it will backfire on them because it will create an atmosphere where the public can defend him and DreamK won't be able to continue with the lawsuit due to pressure.

the letter:

[ Hello. I’m Lee Sejin, a member of Testar

: I’m writing this to convey my thoughts about the latest news and stories… Due to such an excessive schedule, I stopped acting as a child actor due to health problems. I think it was hard for a 12-year-old to handle a schedule where he couldn’t sleep 3 hours a day
…I turned it down several times because I had never been on stage before. However, I participated in <Idol Inc.> under great pressure from explanations such as ‘If you don’t appear on this program, you won’t be able to work.’I, who was passive regarding peer relationships, had so much fun making good friends and performing with them. Standing on that stage made me happy.
I didn’t expect it at all, but I really wanted to keep doing this. I became desperate.
And thankfully, that dream came true, and now it has become a very precious opportunity for me to debut with these good friends.I’m sorry I couldn’t deliver the first post with good news. In the next post, I will come back with news that can bring you happiness as a Testar member. Thank you for reading this long post.]
