Haite Kudasai, Takamine San has arguably one of the worst female lead first impressions I've ever come across (she does improve over the course of the story)
My Charms Are Wasted On Kuroiwa Medaka is another one where the female lead grates readers nerves early on in the story, (though it isn't as bad as Takamine San)
