@Medusa well I agree to a certain extent, it is true that they don't have any right to decide who should die and that sometimes the bullies come from dysfunctional families and they bully to try to maintain power because they feel like it's the only way to be safe.
But we can't judge the victims since we're not in their place, if they're resorting to kill them, it's most likely because there was no other option. Most public schools won't care what happens to their students unless a parent comes directly to complain. It could be that his family is dysfunctional as well and that's why he can't talk to them, and changing schools would also require the parents help. Besides, there's cases where they don't have any other schools near where they live.
