What is your problem? Like they were bad people, even if they were forced to drink the demon blood after they did they became a horrible person, all the members of the fiend organization are bad people who have common atrocities.
The demon blood makes you more violent but you are not forced to commit crimes, they were already bad people, and the only thing the blood does is give you more power and make you more violent.
