I take the same medicine for my ADHD and it helps me on a daily basis, but for people who don't need it it can be really dangerous because it increases the heart beat, the brain activity etc and if you take a big amount of methylphenidate it can end up to an OD
So that's why this medecine is allowed only for people with specific medical conditions 😊
