@JINX Cecil is a boy , but likes to wear girl clothes
@JINX Cecil is a boy and a dominant alpha. He looks a lot like Chase and knowing that Chase once wore girls clothes when he was a kid(a chocolate commercial when he needs to wear dress) he copied it and the other reason is he like Keith's kid.
