@Tima  to remind you this is his first time being in a relationship or even falling in love. He doesn't have experience like the ml does.
Yes he needs therapy and we can see that. But when your in a relationshipfor the first time and deeply inlove you will feel insecure and will overthink things like the mc. You of course will think of all the past time you talked to them and will remember all their dislikes and likes and of course you will use that to get closer or make them love you more.
