This really is a repeat of the Saintess' story. Belze sacrificed her heart and is supposed to wipe out all the purple flames possessing people, before it can corrupt the country. The purple flame probably lead to evil spreading every where after Belze died, and since she is the MC and we can't see further than what she knows, then she never knew that. You got this Belze!!!
