@strawberrycream so basically, we have the protagonist, Cha Eui-Jae (forgive me if the spelling's wrong), former S-class hunter, presumed dead after he disappeared into the west sea rift, although he's alive and working at a hangover soup restaurant.
Then we have Lee Sayoung, guild leader of the pado guild, S ranking hunter, has a really poisonous touch. Always wears a has mask (he should be easy to recognize)
Jung bin, another S rank hunter, he's the blond guy with short hair and the ability to chain hunters. (Sorry, I don't really know what role he has in the story..)
Hong ye seong is the famous artisan/ S rank hunter, the other blond-ish guy with the chicken (chicken whose name is Kkokko)
Yoon Ga eul is the young lady, who's also an S rank hunter, the one with the ability to see fragments of alternative universes, with glasses and brown hair tied in a bun.
Then we have other characters who are S ranked hunters, like nam Woo Jin, the doctor with white hair. Matthew, an american hunter alongside Honey bee, the lady with long blonde hair, her rival known as Gyu-Gyu.
