Does that mean the guy is also MC biological father and so the little girl is his sister ?

@jill yeah, coming from the early chapters, MC mom cheated on MC dad (no blood relation) but MC biological father didn't want him.
@Grimmurin oh s*t so there's 2 possibilities: either that's his biological father or he's the 3rd known dude that screwed his mother. very heinous indeed
