He IS DRUGGED and ml is using his Pherommoes on him and thus even though he didn't put it in , the whole reason mc is in heat is because of ml
So if you guys are confused whether he's doing a crime or not.. just think like if you were drunk and not able to give consent properly and somebody was touching you then what would you call it
