@quack well, not to sound like some creepy PDF file but i wouldnt say its unnecessary here, not im saying its completely necessary too. He has to be an adult for the little girl to start the school because it wouldve been worse if he was the same age as the ml (because assuming shes 6 he got raped when he was 15 and yeah ew with +ew because hes literally in the middle of being a child and adult😭) and the story would be very different if he was a highschooler too but ig the ml could at least graduate school? Idk how would that make it work but i hope that at least the ml becomes an adult when they become together
