@jsme This is a time skip after Chapter 30. Apparently, the events of Chapter 30 ended with a fight and a breakup (we'll probably find out in the next chapters). And ML is going through some kind of depression, apparently eating poorly and drinking too much and losing weight. And his hair has grown out over the months.
