Wtf. What is he even thinking? A few minutes ago he was panicking about Taejoo being bored of him. Now he's saying he might like the neighbour? Wtf author, your choices for the story don't make any sense

I think he would say that to make the blondie jealous, to have his attention but that jus my interpretation 
What pearl said, but what i have seen in the spoilers on tiktok i think taeju didnt take that answer very well
Who would take it well? And isn't he the one with someone else's fingers up his a**? Isn't he in the wrong? Taejoo isn't interested in anybody, and didn't sleep with anyone else.
