@Bllover11 I read on a website that ML is Mc's uncle and stepbrother of Mc's mother. Mc likes ML but ML doesn't. ML rapes Mc because of that Mc's mental condition is not good.
After giving birth to the baby, Mc's mother admits him to a mental hospital and forces Mc to forget his memory by giving him amnesiac drugs.

@Annearo Styles but if ML is just stepbrother to MC mom, they wouldn't be related by blood....so I wouldn't count that as actual incest.
I read they are actually brother and sister, but MC is sister illegitimate child. MC fell in love with ML his uncle, as the uncle was the one who cared for him, but never return the love MC have for him.
Uncle eventually fu*** MC as boy was obsessed....lmao.....he got pregnant and his mom didn't take this likely....They took the baby, told him the baby died and that drove MC crazy, and he tried to commit suicide..So the story started in the mental facility as meds are given to suppress MC memories...and lies are told to him to accept this fake reality.....
With all this messed up situation, I have no idea why ML have MC around now given he's literally the trigger to MC insanity.....and what's his endgame....ohhh well....guess we have to stick around to find out....
