@Reader I thought of two lesser-known ones and one that is more well-known:

Farming:
“Country Life With His S*y Majesty”
I love it. There’s a lot of farming, and it starts off as a bit of a slow-life story. A side character is the one who gets isekai’d, while our FL has memories of her past life on Earth, where she studied agriculture. She might even bring about an agricultural revolution in the empire.

Childcare: “I Am the 5-Year-Old Spy Who Kidnapped the Villain” I’m not sure if it fully falls into that genre, but our “villain” definitely tries to be a father to his children. There’s also a cute demon child. :)

Maybe also “How to Hide the Emperor’s Child.”
