@ImmaNeet In the novel, Greed is treated like royalty since he used the locus to steal the rabbit kingdom. Iona is the only one of the three guilds who are hostile towards Greed. The other two guild Masters seek appeasement for greed. In an effort to appease greed, all unfounded but bad rumors are kept classified by the justice department. An entire wing dedicated to stamping out and investigating rumors about him. The Mercinary guild Master favors Greed too. His bacon is fried by Iona when it is discovered that the locust were given by the White tower's dragon.
