It's hinted that Noor is maybe alive because she wasn't shown at all here and maybe she ran away because I looked all over for info but who knows. Because graping is mentioned a lot and she was the main girl and nothing was shown or mentioned or happened and it's war and this manga shows or at least mentions it. So yeah, Noor probably okay.
