100 burpees ( 2 mins break after 25 burpees),
100 jumping squats ( 2 mins break after each 25 jumping squats),
100 russian twist ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 russian twist),
1 song plank crawl,
100 plank up and downs ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 plank up and down),
75 leg raises ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 leg raises)
pushup challenge:
day 2: 6 push up
motivation day 2:
there aren't A LOT of difference of sick person in bed and you. both of you stays in bed, eat, sleep, and even a sick person can study. continue living "like" a sick person or get up and start doing something! you're healthy yet you act like a sick person in bed.
