@Kenjaku  I threw up loads of times for being in hot showers without any door and/or window open to let the steam out.
(I'm scared of throwing up, but its a lifesaver to get out of school though ✋🥹

@Kenjaku  as hot as you can make it, and make sure that there's no holes to let the steam escape. Idk, I think it depends on your physical health. When I was younger, it took me an hour, but now it takes like 2 hours for me. (I hope the water bill doesn't cost too much
