I hope that's a joke. If not and you genuinely are confused then here you go:
He did not consent and repeatedly said stop and no when keiki was engaging in sexual activities with him.
He repeatedly said stop. And yeah, sometimes in these stories "no" means yes which easily shown and implied by the situation. In this situation, our main character was deeply depressed and emotional and asked to leave. When he said stop and no, he really meant it. In his inner monologue he wants him to stop, crying and pleading with keiki to stop. Some may use the excuse that he was in his rut(don't read ABO so not sure) but he is still accountable for his actions. Just like if a drunk guy assaults someone, though they were under the influence of something, they are still accountable for their actions. This also applies to DUI's as well.
when he woke up, his eyes looked lifeless and he turns away, shaking when keiki tries to touch his shoulder, showing how he's mad and traumatized from the long night before.
