@Zoro It's not incest.  In order for it to be incest they would need to blood related.  They are not.  This chapter it stated by the girl that their parents married.  So they have different sets of biological parents.   I'm adopted and if I'd wanted to, I could legally marry a cousin or sibling.  I have no siblings, and I was never intreted in my cousins.  I ended up marrying my best friend who'd I known for over 15 years at the time of the wedding.

@Zoro and this is why you have to read carefully it's literally stated they are step siblings and also if you got only stuck on this part and not the fact the brother locking her up to force her to love him is normal psychotic sh** then you gotta check meaning of psychotic again

@Zoro in Japan opaa/brother doesn't specifically mean they are actual brothers, it could refer to a male friend or lover or brother.
