@Seth deserves happiness it's no isekai but i recommend "don't say you love me" if you haven't read it yet. Something specific happens and after that, the mc wakes up back in the past, to the time where he didn't know his bsf (the ml) The artstyle is very cute and definitely not to complain abt and the story is good too! i really recommend that manwha if you are going to check it out, lmk what you think of it (or if you read it already) :D
