@LordAnos idk much about FBI (since Asian) but contrary to her physical age she is not an adult mentally so she could not have given consent to work their in her right mind 

That's child abuse and exploitation and we clearly can see that their are many chances of SA in future if she works their

@Nami ❤ Mentally she's a child, but Rosetail is still old enough to have a job (like at least late teens to her 20s at most). And being a waitress isn't the worst job nor the most dangerous

@Nami ❤ Plus the Barkeep is a former Psyker, so he obviously wouldn't allow anyone to harass or assault an employee like her. Even if he claims to be a merciless greedy businessman, we saw he's got enough standards to ban such behavior.

For most females the eyes of those monsters (customers) are enough to make them uncomfortable even if they are not SA 

I liked the barkeep at first but I think he should be more considered
