Someone said in the comments of last chapter that what if rouche was not actually Rouche in og story but it was Michel... 

And Now after this chapter... I'm sure that it might be true... Because maybe Rouche was not connected with Lina in any life that's why he was not affected with divine power... But Michel is....
So yeah..!!
